All nightly rates are + gst.
There are a couple of other fees – that may or may not affect your particular booking;
- 1.9% bank merchant fee applies
- 2 night only surcharge – $196 (if you can, 3 nights is better value for you)
- Guests Accidental Damage Protection Fee – $168 per stay / non refundable
- Horse Fee – $60 per horse / per stay (maximum 6 horses). Sea Horse Diamond Beach only
- Carers Suite Fee – $199 per stay. Seafarers Diamond Beach only.
- Electric Hi Lo Adjustable Bed Fee – $198 per stay. Seafarers Diamond Beach only.
- NDIS Administration Fee – $299 per stay. Self Managed and Plan Managed NDIS participants only.
