Located in tranquil Diamond Beach Seafarers holiday home is perfectly situated a short 6-minute stroll to the beach.

Arrive at your easy access on-site disabled parking to be personally greeted by Dianne the owner, and roll past the pool on the extra-wide concrete paths to the ramp access.

With a recently installed pool lift to make your stay even more memorable. the pool is privately situated, located within easy view of the house and next to a wheelchair-accessible outdoor cabana.

Plus of course, the house is securely fenced for your kids and your four legged friends.

Accessible Activities

Whale watching and Dolphin spotting are a “must do” activity on your to-do list. Humpback whale migration season is early June to late November. Onboard Amaroo cruises, their wheelchair accessible 24m Catamaran, the skipper and crew take particular care to ensure guests in wheelchairs get a good view of the wonderful whales.

Seafarers Diamond Beach guests get a 10% discount so book here. It’s always best to reserve your spot. Amaroo cruises also offer dolphin watching and Wallis lakes cruises.

Sunday Sippers at the Surf Club is held every Sunday at 3 pm at accessible Black Head Surf Club. a social fundraising activity for the club, you’re sure to enjoy the relaxing, friendly atmosphere and stunning views over the beach and bay whilst appreciating a cold drink. The surf club also holds Bingo Nights during school holiday periods. This is a fun, family event.

Movies at Great Lakes Cinema 3, Tuncurry. An everchanging range of international and national films are shown at this fully accessible building. the cinemas also offer electronic assistance for people with hearing difficulties or who have hearing aids. Find out more here.

Nabia Farmers Markets held on the last Saturday of every month at Nabiac Showground. This is a delightful way to spend a morning at this accessible venue. Find out more here.

  • Halidays Point Tavern – Black Head. they also offer “Paint and Sip” events where beginners are taught to paint whilst sipping a cold glass of beer or chilled wine. Lots of fun. 
  • Black Head Bowling Club at Black Head.
  • Meze Cafe at Hallidays Point Head.
  • Kranky Goat at Tallwoods, known for their locally sourced coffee.
  • Black Head Surf Club. As mentioned they have the Big Breakfast on the Balcony and the Sunday Sippers.
  • The Point Bakery Halliday’s Point.
  • The Pizza Pasta Bar at Diamond Beach. they also offer takeaway.

We’re an easy 3 hours north of Sydney, located just outside the coastal village of Diamond Beach in the Blackhead/Hallidays Point region on the NSW Mid North Coast.

An easy drive straight up the M2 (Pacific Highway) north from Sydney, it’s then just 12 minutes off the highway along all sealed roads right to the front gate.  

Just 15 minutes north of the hustle and bustle of the ever-popular seaside towns of Forster/Tuncurry on the beautiful mid-north coast of NSW, the Diamond Beach area is an undiscovered gem.
